Return and Exchange Policy – Reveryo

1. General Returns and Exchanges

  • If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return or exchange. After this period, we will unfortunately be unable to accept your request.
  • Returned or exchanged items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags attached.


2. Return and Exchange Procedure

To initiate a return or exchange, follow these steps:

  2. Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with the necessary instructions for the return or exchange, including the return address.
  3. Carefully pack the item you are returning, making sure to include the invoice or a document showing the order number.
  4. Ship the item to the address we provide. You are responsible for return shipping costs, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.
  5. Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect its condition. If the item meets our return criteria, we will proceed with the refund or exchange.


3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 2 days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase.
  • Original shipping costs will not be refunded, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.



4. Defective Products or Order Errors
